Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to permanently delete your reservago account, please send an email to contact@reservago.app using the email address associated with your account, or include your registered email address in the message.

Your request should clearly state that you want to permanently delete your account.

What Will Be Deleted

Deleting your account may include removal of:

  • Your profile information
  • Your bookings and saved favorites
  • Your uploaded content associated with the account
  • Your account-related activity and associated records where applicable

Data Retention Notice

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or enforcement of platform policies.

Processing Timeframe

Valid deletion requests are processed within 7 days. If some records are legally required to be retained, they will be stored only for the applicable legal retention period.
