Please read these terms carefully before using reservago.

You must be at least 13 years old to use reservago.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We may monitor and review new accounts before you can sign in.
Providing false contact information may result in account termination.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
We will not be liable for any acts or damages resulting from your omissions.
We may suspend, disable, or delete your account if you violate this Agreement.
If your account is deleted for violations, you may not re-register.
We may block your email and IP address to prevent further registration.
Signing in with another account to bypass a ban exposes you to legal liability.

We do not own any data or content you submit to reservago.
You bear sole responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content.
We may monitor and review content submitted through our services.
We will not use your content for commercial or marketing purposes without your permission.
You grant us permission to access and display your content solely to provide the service.
We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content we deem harmful or policy-violating.

You must pay all fees in accordance with the billing terms in effect at time of payment.
All sensitive data is exchanged over SSL-secured channels with encryption and digital signatures.
Our platform complies with PCI vulnerability standards for maximum security.
High-risk transactions may require a government-issued ID or recent bank statement.
We reserve the right to change product and service pricing at any time.
We may refuse or limit any booking placed with us, at our discretion.
For Pay at Location bookings, you must pay the full amount upon arrival before receiving the service.
We are not liable for fees not covered by the customer or not communicated prior to service.

Information in the app may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update or cancel bookings without prior notice.
We have no obligation to update pricing or other information unless required by law.
Update dates shown in the app do not guarantee that all information is current.

Third-party services are governed solely by their own terms and conditions.
We do not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party services.
You irrevocably waive any claims against Reservago Technologies related to third-party services.
We are not liable for damages caused by your use of third-party services.
By enabling a third-party service, you permit us to share your data as necessary.

We guarantee 99% service uptime per month.
Uptime guarantee does not apply to scheduled maintenance or repairs.
Outages caused by your own activities are not covered by the guarantee.
Causes beyond our reasonable control are excluded from the guarantee.
We perform regular backups of content to ensure completeness and accuracy.
In case of hardware failure or data loss, backups will be restored automatically to minimize downtime.

Any interaction with advertisers or sponsors is solely between you and the third-party.
We have no liability for any correspondence, purchase, or promotion with third-party advertisers.
Links in the app do not imply approval or affiliation with external websites.
Some links may be affiliate links — we may receive a commission if you purchase through them.
We are not responsible for the content or offerings of external websites or apps.
Linking to any external site is at your own risk.

Using reservago for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
Soliciting others to perform unlawful acts is not allowed.
Violating any international, federal, or local regulations is prohibited.
Infringing on intellectual property rights of Reservago or others is forbidden.
Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or defamation based on any protected class is prohibited.
Submitting false or misleading information is not permitted.
Uploading viruses or malicious code that affects the service or users is prohibited.
Collecting or tracking personal information of other users is not allowed.
Engaging in spam, phishing, scraping, or crawling is forbidden.
Using the service for obscene or immoral purposes is prohibited.
Circumventing security features of the service or related platforms is not allowed.

This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property to you.
All rights and interests remain solely with Reservago Technologies.
All trademarks, logos, and graphics are owned by or licensed to Reservago Technologies.
Your use of reservago grants you no right to reproduce any Reservago trademarks.

Your use of reservago is solely at your own risk.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
Any material downloaded is done at your own discretion and risk.
No oral or written advice from us creates any warranty not expressly stated here.

Reservago Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This includes lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption.
Maximum aggregate liability is limited to 1 BHD or the amount you paid in the prior month.
These limitations apply even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reservago Technologies, its affiliates, directors, officers, and agents.
This covers liabilities arising from your content, use of reservago, or willful misconduct.
Indemnification includes reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in connection with third-party claims.

All rights in this Agreement apply only to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision is found illegal or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
Any waiver by us is not a waiver of past or future violations.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
We will notify you via email when changes are made.
Continued use of reservago after changes constitutes your consent.
Reservago Technologies may terminate this Agreement unilaterally at any time.

By using reservago, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use reservago.
