Yes, most of the service providers on reservago offer online payment options for both Debit Card and Credit Card. Since we are currently operating in Bahrain the online payment gateway portal is offered through: Benefit (Debit Card), MasterCard and Visa.
Yes. Offers are available for all app users and are reachable from the “Offers & Packages” tab in the side menu, but Exclusive offers are available only for Registered Users. Make sure you register to be able to gain access and get a look at the handpicked exclusive offers that are awaiting you to grab.

To book without an account, continue with your booking journey and when prompted to login choose “continue as a Guest” to navigate to the “Guest Checkout” page where you will be filling a short form with your details such as the first name, last name, mobile number, gender and email address to finalize your checkout process.

Yes. This feature has been added precisely to help out family members switch between accounts to make a quick booking for a member, so that each member has their own independent personalized account. This is a helpful feature added to help parents book for their little ones and elders.
Easily sign-in to the desired account, go to settings and turn on the “Login using Touch ID” feature by clicking on the corresponding toggle, it will ask you to confirm your Touch ID.
Once activated, you can easily switch between multiple accounts by logging out and clicking on the “Touch ID Sign In” that appears in the Sign In page, a popup menu will appear at the bottom of the page showing all registered accounts that are activated, choose the desired account to sign-in with.
Yes. This checkout feature has been added for Registered Users that would like to make a quick booking through their account for their loved ones that don't have a Registered Account. It is a helpful feature added to help parents book for their toddlers or elders.
If you are a Registered User and click on BOOK NOW in the booking mode, you are directly prompted with two options to choose from for whom this booking is for. If this booking is intended for someone other than yourself, click on the “Someone Else” option, where you will be navigated to the “Someone Else” form from which you will be filling your loved one’s details such as their first name, last name, mobile number and gender to finalize your checkout process.
NOTE: You will not be able to change the Email Address in the “Someone Else” form for booking authenticity purposes.
Instantly. Whether you are a Registered User or a Guest User, the second you click to book a confirmation is directly received with your booking details in-app and by email. All bookings are guaranteed by reservago.
If you are a Registered User, make sure you are logged in and go to “MY BOOKINGS” tab and see if your booking is listed under the upcoming bookings, you should have received an in-app booking confirmation notification along with an email at the time of booking.
If you are a Guest User, please check your email inbox for a confirmation email that was directly sent to you at the time of booking. You may also contact us directly if you have any queries about your booking.
Yes. Registered Users can easily re-schedule the date and time of their booking 30 minutes prior to their booking time, else they’ll have to either contact the service provider directly or Contact Us to make last minute changes.
For re-scheduling: go to “MY BOOKINGS” tab, select your booking to open the booking details page and click on the “Reschedule Booking” button. You may reschedule selected or all booked services at the same time.
Guest Users should either contact the service provider or “Contact Us” to reschedule a booking.
NOTE: Some services such as offers, are subject to price differences when exceeding offer limit, you will be prompted to pay the difference via the available payment options.
Yes. Registered Users can easily cancel a booking 30 minutes prior to your booking time, else you’ll have to either contact the service provider directly or contact us to make last minute cancellations.
For Canceling: go to “MY BOOKINGS” tab, select your booking to open the booking details page and click on the “Cancel Booking” button. You may cancel selected or all booked services at the same time.
Guest Users should either contact the service provider or “Contact Us” to cancel or modify a booking.
NOTE: Online Payments for canceled bookings are refunded back to your card and may be subject to refund transfer fee deduction. For canceled online payment bookings and refunds please read our Terms and Conditions.
The duration of the refund process varies depending on the payment method used at checkout.
For BENEFIT (Debit Card) payments it may take up to 6 working days.
For MasterCard and Visa (Credit Card) payments it may take between 5 - 7 working days.
You may track the refund process by simply clicking on “My Refunds” tab in your profile page.

If you have an issue regarding your booking, you can directly notify us by either calling our call center number or sending us your complaint using any of the options available on the “Contact Us” tab and your complaint will be handled by one of our customer service team.
You can simply click on the “Add to Favorite” icon available on the service provider page to add to your favorites list. You can always access your favorites list anytime by clicking on the “Favorites” tab available on the side menu or in my profile page.
Yes. You can rate and write a review about your previous bookings. Simply click on “My Bookings” tab from the side menu or my profile page and then click on a particular booking to rate and/or write a review. Canceled bookings cannot be rated or reviewed.
